No. Bots and automated flows enforce the parameters you set (size, pairs, grids, stops, and product rules). Claude may inform signals or narratives, but execution stays within those guardrails and our operational policies.

No. Summaries, briefings, or chat-style help are informational. You remain responsible for decisions; consult a licensed professional where appropriate.

Depending on the product, you may see Claude-assisted context on copy trading leaderboards, investment pool descriptions, and internal monitoring—not always visible as a separate “chat” in every screen.

Our infrastructure connects to aggregated liquidity. When you deploy a bot, automated integrations place orders per the strategy you choose (e.g. grid, momentum, DCA). Where enabled, Claude contributes reasoning or signal context before execution passes risk checks. You set caps and parameters; the engine stays within those bounds. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Copy trading lets you allocate capital to follow a master trader’s signals proportionally. Optional Claude summaries can help interpret performance and risk themes on the leaderboard. Execution aims to mirror the leader, but fills can differ due to size, slippage, and timing. Adjust allocation or stop copying anytime from your dashboard.

Yes—subject to margin and risk limits on your account. Running multiple strategies increases exposure; monitor total leverage and drawdown across products.

No. Trading, bots, copy strategies, and yield products all carry risk of loss, including loss of principal. Read product-specific disclosures and the Terms.

We use defense-in-depth: encryption, access controls, and cold-storage practices for funds not needed for immediate settlement. Hot wallets hold limited liquidity for operations. No online system is risk-free—use 2FA, strong passwords, and beware phishing.

In the dashboard, use Wallet Connect (or the supported flow shown in-app). We never ask for your private keys or seed phrase. The connection lets us verify public addresses and authorize deposits according to our security model.

Use account recovery options (email, support ticket) as offered. We may require identity verification before resetting access or moving funds—this protects you from takeover. Keep backup codes for 2FA in a safe place.

Our loan program is unsecured: you do not post crypto or other asset collateral. Capital comes from private-sector and offshore funding partners; we offer low interest for qualified borrowers and program capacity up to $100 million for eligible facilities. An insurance charge applies when your loan is approved—see your offer and in-app terms for exact premiums, rates, and repayment rules.

The insurance component is collected upon approval, as defined in your term sheet—not before underwriting completes. It is separate from ongoing interest; both are disclosed before you sign. If you do not accept the offer, you do not pay the insurance.

Pools allocate capital to strategies described at subscription time. Where enabled, Claude helps present clearer explanations of tenor, sources of yield, and risk themes—APY figures remain estimates and can change. Locked terms may restrict withdrawals until maturity. Spot balances and many bot profits can be withdrawn subject to processing times and limits. Fixed-term investments unlock on schedule. Unsecured loans do not lock collateral, but you must stay current on repayments per your agreement. See product-specific rules in-app.

KYC may fail due to unclear documents, name mismatch, or policy restrictions by jurisdiction. Our team may request additional information. We cannot always disclose every reason for compliance reasons.
