PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: April 2, 2026

Operator: UAE private limited company (registration details on our Certification page). This policy supplements our Terms & Conditions.

1. Introduction

Stark Hedge (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data when you use our website, mobile experiences, and services—including wallet connectivity, AI-assisted trading and investment features (such as integrations with Anthropic’s Claude models), copy trading, capital / loan applications, structured investment stakes, referrals, and related support.

We process personal data in line with applicable law and the purposes described below. If you do not agree, you should not use the services.

2. Data we collect

“Personal data” means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you. We may process:

  • Identity & contact data: name, username, email, phone, address, date of birth, government ID or selfie where required for KYC.
  • Financial & transaction data: wallet public addresses, deposit/withdrawal records, trading and investment activity, loan application fields, bank or payment details where you provide them for a supported rail.
  • Technical & usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, logs, approximate location from IP, session and security events.
  • Communications: messages you send to support, survey responses, and marketing preferences.
  • AI interaction data: when you use features that call language models, we may process prompts and outputs (or derived metadata such as timestamps, error codes, and request IDs) to operate, secure, and improve the product. We design flows to avoid collecting private keys, seed phrases, or full payment card numbers in AI prompts—never share those in chat or free-text fields.

3. How we collect data

  • Directly from you when you register, complete KYC, connect a wallet, trade, invest, apply for credit, or contact us.
  • Automatically through cookies, similar technologies, and server logs when you use the site or app.
  • From partners where permitted (e.g. identity verification vendors, blockchain analytics for compliance).

4. How we use personal data

We use data where necessary to:

  • Provide, operate, and secure the platform (accounts, transactions, risk checks, fraud prevention).
  • Meet legal and regulatory obligations (KYC/AML, sanctions screening, record-keeping, responding to lawful requests).
  • Deliver AI-powered experiences (e.g. explanations, summaries, in-app assistance) using subprocessors such as Anthropic; outputs are not a substitute for professional advice.
  • Improve our products, including aggregated or de-identified analytics where allowed.
  • Send service notices and, where you opt in, marketing (you can opt out of marketing as described in messages).

5. AI providers & other subprocessors

To provide Claude-based features, we may send limited prompts and context to Anthropic (or another model provider we disclose). Those providers process data under their terms and our agreements. We do not use AI providers to replace regulated credit decisions without human and policy oversight where required.

We also use hosting, email, analytics, KYC, and payment infrastructure subprocessors. A current list may be provided on request or in your jurisdiction’s annex where required.

6. Disclosure & international transfers

We may share personal data with: service providers acting on our instructions, professional advisers, acquirers in a corporate transaction, and authorities when required by law. Our operations and partners may be located outside your country; where transfers require safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses), we implement them as applicable.

7. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk (access controls, encryption in transit where standard, monitoring). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you are responsible for protecting your credentials and for never sharing seed phrases or private keys with us or any third party.

8. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the services, comply with law (including financial and AML record retention), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. AI interaction logs may be retained for a shorter operational period unless needed for security or legal holds.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Some rights are limited (e.g. we may retain data we must keep for legal compliance). To exercise rights, contact us via Contact with enough detail to verify your request.

10. Children

Our services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age required to use financial services in their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the platform or email where appropriate.
